We've said goodbye to our old website

13 March 2024

Over the last year, the team at Public Practice have been working closely with the company Bureau for Visual Affairs to build a new website better suited to our growing needs.

Our Approach

After running an open call for a website provider in March 2023, we selected the Bureau for Visual Affairs team to work with us to help design, build and launch our new site. Our brief was to help develop a new website that:

  • has a more user-friendly site structure and navigation experience
  • maintains and develops our brand with a high-quality design
  • celebrates our community of people and partners more explicitly
  • adopts leading practices in digital inclusion and web accessibility
  • presents our recruitment and career materials in a more engaging and helpful format
  • allows us to explain better what we do and where we work in a variety of formats
The new site retains the origins of our brand logo - the staple

What's next

There's much more to come in the coming months as we fully get into the swing of making the most of our new website functions and layout.

We will also be monitoring the carbon impact of our site closely and doing what we can to keep our footprint as low as possible. In addition, we want to continue to develop and improve the accessibility of our site. Let us know if there is an aspect of our site that could be more inclusive for you.

What do you think?

We want to gather as much feedback as possible on our new site. What do you like, what don't you like? Have you spotted any issues?
